Company Workshop Opportunities

Besides the exhibition display area, a key aspect of elmi2024 is the opportunity for delegates to attend company workshops.

All stands are now sold and workshop rooms have now sold.

15 different workshop rooms have been booked by companies to hire to run their workshops in. Workshops will be scheduled into the programme during the afternoons of Wednesday 5 June 2024 and Thursday 6 June 2024. Outside of the programmed workshop sessions you may run private demos during venue opening hours in your workshop room. Open demos outside of the main programme are not permitted. The workshop rooms can be freely set up as desired, within the limitations of their layouts etc.

If you have booked an on-stand workshop your stand extension will be marked out by ropes and poles during the afternoons of Wednesday 5 June and Thursday 6 June 2024. The maximum capacity for these workshops will be 10 and you will be provided with chairs to fit the space.

Workshop rooms are located in the upper level of the Convention Centre and upper level of the Exhibition Centre. All rooms are easily accessed via escalators, lifts and an internal walkway. Please refer to the diagrams.
The venue has specified that it will not be possible to upgrade to 3-phase 230v power in workshop rooms where single phase power only is specified.
If you require double door access, please ensure that you have selected a room which includes this in the specification and that it is served by a lift that can accommodate your equipment. It will not be possible to accommodate larger equipment in rooms with single doors. All rooms are served by lifts only (dimensions supplied). The venue has specified that there are no alternative access routes to rooms
Workshop room bookings include 1 registration.

Convention Centre

All rooms are different, with unique measurements, features, equipment and access date. Please ensure that the workshop room specification meets your requirements. Please pay particular attention to your power and AV requirements, access requirements (door and lift dimensions), and set-up time required.

Workshops Rooms 4A, 4B, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11A, 11C, 13 & 14 are on the same level as the Lecture Theatre.
